What if we measured our worth not by our good grades or making the team, but by understanding who we were uniquely created to be?
An honest and objective look at how we best think, work, and communicate is essential to finding careers and calling that best fit who we are.

The short answer is that everyone has a unique pattern of natural abilities which influence just about every aspect of academic and work life. Understanding how your brain is naturally “hardwired” gives clarity to how you best think and work.
While personality and interest tests are a piece of understanding who you are, we start with our aptitude testing program: the Highlands Ability Battery, an objective, and science-backed personal assessment with data- driven results based on your unique natural abilities.
With these assessments, we walk with you to shed light on the way your abilities lead you to communicate, problem solve, and gather information, exploring specific roles, environments, and responsibilities best suited for you.
